You get 6 tries. Each wrong guess or skip reveals another clue. Solving on try 1–6 earns 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2 points; miss all six and you earn 0.
Reveal the bonus clue (tries 1–3 only) and the day's score is halved.
Play streak counts days played in a row; correct streak counts days solved. Finish a 7-day cycle for 7 points, or 14 if you solved every day.
Arty Artly is a free daily art guessing game. Each day there's one mystery from the world of art, the same for every player: a famous artwork, a great artist, an art movement or a term every gallery-goer should know, from nearly 400 answers.
Each wrong guess or skip reveals another clue. For an artwork you might learn its medium, its year, its country of origin, the artist's initials, where it hangs today and what it depicts. For an artist, you'll get their nationality, era, what they worked in, a famous work and their style. Clues are shuffled every day, with broader hints tending to come first and the strongest ones last.
You have six guesses. Solve it on your first guess for 12 points, or 10, 8, 6, 4 or 2 points on later guesses. Stuck early? The optional bonus clue reveals the art movement. It's available during your first three guesses, but it halves that day's score.
Play every day to grow your play streak, solve every day to grow your correct streak, and play seven days in a row for a cycle bonus of 7 points, or 14 if you solved all seven. Your Arty Artly results also count towards your combined Streakly totals and milestone badges. A new artwork or artist arrives every day at midnight UTC.
