- We take care with our facts, but puzzles are for fun, not professional advice.
- Your progress lives on your device, so look after your streak!
01Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Streakly ("Streakly", "we", "us" or "our"), including all of its games and pages. By using Streakly, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please have a parent or guardian review these terms with you.
02The service
Streakly offers free daily puzzle games, with a new puzzle in each game every day. We're always tinkering, so we may add, change, pause or remove games and features at any time. We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't promise Streakly will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
03Playing fair
Streakly is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. When using it, please don't:
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access Streakly or to collect its puzzles, answers or content;
- copy, republish, sell or redistribute our puzzles or content, or build a competing service from them;
- try to hack, overload, disrupt or interfere with the site or its security;
- reverse engineer the site to extract answers or data in bulk;
- pretend to be affiliated with Streakly, or use Streakly for anything unlawful or harmful.
And one friendly request: share your score, not the answer, so everyone else can enjoy today's puzzle too. 🤫
04Your progress, scores and badges
Your progress is stored in your browser on your own device. It can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices, and we're unable to recover or restore it. Scores, streaks and badges are just for fun: they have no monetary value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
05Puzzle content and accuracy
We put real care into our clues and facts, but mistakes can slip through, and some facts change over time. Puzzle content is provided for entertainment only and isn't professional, educational or factual advice to be relied on. Spotted something wrong? Please let us know and we'll take a look.
06Intellectual property
Streakly's website, design, code, graphics and text, and the selection and arrangement of its puzzles and clues, are owned by or licensed to Streakly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may enjoy and share your results, but you may not copy or reuse our content without permission.
Puzzles may refer to real people, places, organisations, products, brands or creative works. All names, trademarks and works belong to their respective owners and are referred to for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their appearance doesn't imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of, Streakly.
About our names
The names of Streakly and its games were chosen independently to describe what each game is about. Any similarity to the name of another product, service, website, app or business is coincidental, and doesn't mean we're connected with, endorsed by or sponsored by them, or they by us. If you believe one of our names conflicts with yours, please get in touch and we'll look into it promptly and in good faith.
07Feedback and ideas
We love hearing your ideas! If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them freely to improve Streakly, without any obligation or payment to you. Please don't send anything confidential. Partnership enquiries don't create any agreement or obligation unless and until a formal agreement is signed in writing.
08Advertising and third-party links
Streakly may show advertising and link to other websites. We're not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of third parties, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
09Disclaimer
Streakly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including about accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streakly won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data (yes, including lost streaks), arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't lawfully be excluded or limited.
11Suspension of access
We may restrict or suspend access to Streakly for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. By continuing to use Streakly after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law
Streakly is made in New South Wales, Australia, and enjoyed by players around the world. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law if you're in Australia.
