A few quick answers that might save you a message:
- Lost your streak or scores? Progress is saved in your browser on your device, so clearing site data, private browsing or switching devices can reset it. Sadly we can't restore it. Here's how to keep it safe.
- When's the next puzzle? New puzzles arrive every day at midnight UTC.
- How do points work? Our scoring guide explains points, streaks, bonuses and badges.
- Privacy questions or requests? Use the Partnerships & requests form and choose "Privacy or data request" so we can reply by email. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
