Solving on try 1–6 earns 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2 points. Miss all six and you earn 0.
Each wrong guess or skip reveals one more clue (up to 6). The bonus clue is offered on tries 1–3 only — revealing it halves the day's score.
Play streak counts days played in a row. Correct streak counts days solved in a row. Complete a 7-day cycle to earn 7 points, or 14 if you solved every day in it.
A new answer unlocks every day at midnight UTC.
Tunely is a free daily music guessing game. Each day there's one mystery artist or song, the same for everyone, from nearly 400 legendary bands, solo stars and unforgettable hits across the decades.
Each wrong guess or skip reveals another clue. For an artist, you'll learn the decade they rose to prominence, their genre, where they're from, whether they're a solo artist or a band, and their signature achievement. For a song, you'll get its decade, genre, release year, a description and, finally, who recorded it. Clues are shuffled every day, with broader hints tending to come first and the strongest ones last.
You have six guesses. Solve it on your first guess for 12 points, or 10, 8, 6, 4 or 2 points on later guesses. Stuck early? The optional bonus clue reveals the first letter of the answer and how many words it has. It's available during your first three guesses, but it halves that day's score.
Play every day to grow your play streak, solve every day to grow your correct streak, and play seven days in a row for a cycle bonus of 7 points, or 14 if you solved all seven. Your Tunely results also count towards your combined Streakly totals and milestone badges. A new artist or song arrives every day at midnight UTC.
